Well, we moved our Nubian goats, Rosie and Ginger, into their first pen. Earlier today, Rosie's udders were
lookin' bigger they had over the past couple weeks (or so my family says. I can see 'em, I just can't seem to see any large size), which is a sign that she may have babies. For a long while, we all had been thinking neither of them were pregnant, since neither of them had shown any sign of pregnancy.
Of course, we've heard from lots of people that you
cannot tell if a goat is pregnant or not. There are signs to look out for near the birth, but that's about it (having bigger udders is one of 'em).
So now those two are snuggled up in their old pen, and all of us are inside hoping for the best. Hope with us! ;)
