Well, Let's See....

Today at ten minutes to three, Mom, Parker and I got in the van and drove all the way from one edge of town to the other edge of town to a special building. And after a bucket load of questions and two photographs snapped and lots of paper signing (at least that's what it seemed like), I walk out of the building with a driver's permit.

So there's my new experience to end the month of March. ;)

Today's Weather Report

It's been absolutely gorgeous outside the past couple days. It's been in the sixties, we've opened windows (how cool is that?!), and we've taken advantage of the warmness to get some much-needed work done.

There have been sightings of children

outside without coats, or jackets.

And play equipment such as these have been

spotted everywhere around the yard.

In other news, my daring brother caught yet another opossum (this time I think it was by his beehive), and instead of freeing it far, far away from us, he wanted its fur. I'll spare you from pictures, as they are quite... well, I'll just say the flash option on our camera really, really details everything. So it's been quite busy here. Unfortunately there are no goat kids, so we're going to take them back and try again (but we have litters of kitties on the way! ;)

Also, my apologies for keeping the Christmas music up for far too long. As nice as they are, they seem to change from pleasant to mocking over time. I have now changed that, no more mockery. No more Christmas in March. ;)
