This blog will remain, so don't worry. We can all still access the posts from here. It just won't be posted on. So here is where I'll be, stop by for a visit! :)

I Bid You All Adieu
OK, maybe not really. But I won't be posting here anymore. This blogging site just doesn't cooperate anymore, and thus it has become quite a nuisance to use at times. So I will be moving from here to a new blog, one that will hopefully give me what this blogging site now refuses to give (at least give well).

Cosi and Contra Dancing: Part One
Yesterday Parker, Abby and I went to spend the afternoon with several friends of ours. We would be whiling away our time first at Cosi (which is now called the Imagination Station), which was a blast. It was a lot of fun hanging out there with our friends. I tried to get pictures included in this post, but blogger refuses to cooperate, so I will post pictures of Cosi and write in more depth in the following post.
~
After Cosi, we stopped at Arby's so most of our group could grab a bite to eat (only my siblings and I and two of our friends brought our own dinner). Then we hung out at the near-empty Arby's and talked, then we headed off to the contra dance. It was also a lot of fun (then again, dancing for me is usually always fun). It was also fun taking pictures of everyone dancing. So I'll shush and let you see for yourself. :)

Some complicated looping dance move.
Everyone pointing left diagonally to locate their new neighbor.
I'm told it was quite complicated and confusing.
The band. (You can't see it, but the large bass at
the back is a metallic purple)
Dancers striding down the room.
The waltz, as shown to us by Bethany and Stephen.
Corinne being swung by her brother Aaron.
Daniel swinging Abby at high speed.
Parker and Mercy waltzing.

A third Christmas and an Exciting Anouncment.
My family and I went to our grandparents' house yesterday afternoon to visit with our aunt, uncle and cousins from Minnesota, and to open (late) Christmas presents. Our other aunt, uncle and cousin were also there. It was as close to what a normal Sunday afternoon looked like when all us kids were little and we would gather at our grandparents' for lunch. We enjoyed spending time with family we don't see very much, even if there were a few cousins absent.
This post is for one cousin in particular. My older cousin, Paige, is engaged! :D
